RETURNS
Please begin your return by contacting us at support@krazidoc.com and provide the following information:
- Your Invoice #
- The name used on the credit card when you purchase the product.
MULTIPLE UNITS RETURNED
If you purchased multiple units of a product and you’re not satisfied, we will happily refund the cost of up to two opened units (containers) and any remaining unopened units (containers) once they are returned.
No refunds will be issued after 90 days of your order.
When you return a product, you will need to obtain a shipping tracking number from us for your benefit. This will be your only proof that you returned the product. krazidoc, llc. cannot be responsible for returned product that we never receive.
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue your full refund (less shipping fees) within 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card you provided on the original order.
